Chairman

阳陆育 Louis Yang

A serial tech entrepreneur, Louis has founded and launched various internet businesses across different fields since 1999. Notably, he founded Musical.ly and the MarsWalk Investment Fund. He has also held executive roles at ByteDance. Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, Louis is dedicated to philanthropy and currently serves as a director of the NPI Foundation. His philanthropic endeavors specifically address issues related to low-income populations, health equity, and international philanthropy.

Secretary-General

周璇 Vicky Zhou, Secretary-General

Vicky is a film investor, the founder of Shanghai Mujianyinghua Entertainment Co., Ltd., and a children's literature writer with over 10 published children's literary works. She is particularly devoted to advocating for women's rights and addressing issues concerning left-behind children.

Board Members

黄佳 Elton Huang

Elton is the Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers China and Chief Partner in Shanghai. An expert in tax and corporate globalization consulting, he serves as a special advisor to the decision-making consulting committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and an advisor to the Shanghai Mayor's International Entrepreneur Advisory Conference. He is actively involved in philanthropy, serving as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Charity Foundation's "Unified Road" Special Fund and a supervisor at the NPI Foundation. He is also passionate about education, serving as a board member of Wellington College, a board member of Xing Wei College, and a board member of the International Council of Blair Academy.

李治中 Zhizhong Li

Zhizhong, also known as "Pineapple," is a cancer researcher, science writer, and philanthropist. He co-founded and serves as the Secretary-General of the Shiyu Children Foundation. The foundation connects social resources, including tens of thousands of "Sunflower Seed" volunteers, to support childhood cancer science education, palliative care, and translational research. Their aim is to assist 40,000 child cancer patients and their families in China each year and advance scientific and specialized philanthropy in the country.

梁钰鸣 Michelle Liang

Michelle is an advocate and practitioner of international education. She has successfully established and operated eight renowned international and bilingual schools, earning recognition as "the most internationalized Chinese education talent." Ms. Liang is also actively involved in philanthropy, supporting social impact organizations particularly in the areas of family education, rural teacher development, and aiding underprivileged children. Additionally, she serves as a board member for the "Match" Public Education and "She Unlimited" philanthropic organizations.

廉旭 Victor Lian, Project Director

Victor is a philanthropist and co-founder of LY Foundation. As the former Head of LinkedIn Social Impact in China, he spearheaded initiatives such as "#Plus One Pledge" and the "Workplace Time Donation Project." These efforts offered thousands of young professionals pro bono career development counseling. Victor is passionate about a diverse set of issues, including climate change, gender equality, health equity, elderly care, and sustainable lifestyles.
